I will be posting some photos later but here are some catching up things to take note of:
- I am still searching for the perfect job...
- My hard drive crashed on my computer and so I have lost all photos taken thus far in 2008 and anyone that knows me knows that is a super sad day for me... Kenny is thinking he can revive it long enough for me to to copy my photos onto a disk and then it is a real goner. I am in the market now for a laptop.. I have wanted one for a while now and since this has happened with my PC.. it is time.
- Kenny has been working on custom paint job canopy's for his heli's.
- I was a terrible daughter and missed sending Father's Day cards... I think I really disappointed my Dad and I feel bad for that.
- I got to hang out with a friend (Megan) from Texas & California as well as further develop a friendship with someone that I met through Megan.... Elizabeth.. we had a great day hanging out in downtown Raleigh, swimming, cooking out, and going out dancing... hopefully I can post photos soon. (If Kenny can revive my hard drive)
- Still recycling... trying to be really good about this
- Kenny and I stopped drinking during the week... unless we go out to dinner.. and unless you consider the last 6 nights... as I have had a glass of wine or 2 each night.. but mainly we have stopped drinking during the week.. really we have and I always feel so much better the next morning.
- Started talking to Sara Carpeaux again.. kinda.. I suck at phone conversations... but we have chatted some and hopefully she will come and visit me.
- Kenny and I received a postcard from Spain.. thanks Dave!!
- Started beading necklaces.. thanks to Anna for teaching me how to crochet necklaces with beads.. I have made 2 so far.
- I got my haircut.. keeping length but a little more choppy/funky on top. Kenny is next...

oooh, i need to check out that cupcake place. i am thinking of doing a cupcake theme for kaelyn's first birthday. :)
I'm trying to drink less wine, too, but sometimes it's not easy! I had NO wine last night, though, and unfortunately, I felt the same this morning as I do every other morning. Oh well...I'm sure my liver appreciates it.
I just updated my blog, too, and I realized I hadn't posted anything in almost two months! What a slacker!
It sounds like you've had a lot going on and have been busy! I hope you're doing some fun things. :)
I almost forgot - that's so lame about the photos! My old laptop died a few months ago and I lost a lot of stuff, too - it's so frustrating! I love my new laptop (dell), though, and Martin loves his (mac), so I think you'll probably be happy no matter what you get.
